We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license and agreement through your acceptance of filling out website forms from you in order to use it.
When you use our website or its associated services to post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, edit, run, copy, publicly display, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of your content in a manner that we wish.

Liability / Service Offering Details
Although our clients have had great success with Google ranking and social media verification, we are unable to guarantee either of these because they are both outside of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be verified on social media or that your website or articles will rank first in Google for any search phrase, including your name, brand name, or any other term.
The quantity of traffic you receive from our articles will vary, and we can't promise you leads or purchases.
While most offerings and websites will publish material between 14 to 60 days, some websites and offerings may take up to six months or longer to fully publish. ZTPR INC. cannot be held liable for any such delays and timeframes.
Older articles will sometimes be removed or backdated on a website / from news websites to keep them current. This normally takes them three to twenty four months, but we cannot control the time in which they may delete or push down published articles.
This website is not affiliated with any of the news organizations listed on our website and in the packages we list.
We will work to the best of our ability to use your information you provided to get published in the websites you select, however, we reserve the right to select other websites in that package tier / level if the others are unavailable or change. You grant ZTPR INC. and the publishers permission to edit sentences, words, information and all items related to the subject matter to make the selected article(s) work for the site(s) it is being published on. Each site will try to use the images you grant permission to use, but we cannot be held liable if some or any of the images are not used in the published piece. If an article can't be published, you can choose to get a refund in credits to be used within a year of the date of the refund. We will notify you within thirty days if this happens. There is no way for us to edit an article once it has been published. Any errors in the publications caused by us, the individual news sites, our publication partners, or our clients are not our responsibility. We disclaim all liability for any harm the publications may inflict. By using our service you understand that we are working off the information you provide and our partners will work to the best of their ability to have an article published to your liking, but that this may not always be the case.
Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, ZTPR INC. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

It is understood that any dispute between yourself and ZTPR INC. will be determined by submission to arbitration / mediation as provided by law and not by a lawsuit or resort to court process on your end. All legal matters must be handled at in the county that ZTPR INC. is located in Tennessee.
